The work

Proof you can audit

Not renders, not roadmaps — shipped systems with measured outcomes. Every engagement here cleared a written bar, and where an NDA applies we say so instead of hiding it.

Case studies

Two very different systems, one standard

A public flagship build and an NDA-covered client engagement. The common thread: each one went from a real problem to a measured result.

Open1320 Legends

Rebuilt a dead racing game into a modern, server-authoritative platform.

The largest working example of what we do: recovered an undocumented Flash desktop game, rebuilt the client, backend, networking, economy, and data layer from scratch, and ran it in production.

  • Deterministic, auditable race simulation
  • Reconstructed client/server protocol
  • Tuned economy and content databases

NDA

Developer Platform Hardening

Took a working prototype that fell over and made it survive a real beta.

A fixed-scope contract on a multi-tier platform — hub, per-device agents, and a live dashboard. Six workstreams, four hard bugs found and fixed, and every outcome measured against criteria written before the work started.

Soak
Zero crashes / 24h
Reconnect
100 of 100 passes
Scope
Fixed SOW
  • Crash recovery and reconnects as features
  • No silent frame drops, no unhandled rejections
  • Structured logging with correlation IDs
  • Verified one-command container deployment

The standard

What 'done' means on every project

Authority isn't claimed here, it's demonstrated. Each engagement closes the loop the same way.

Acceptance criteria

Written before the work starts, so 'done' is a number, not an opinion.

Measured results

Before-and-after outcomes — not vague claims of improvement.

Auditable systems

Logs, telemetry, and regression harnesses that prove behavior.

NDA transparency

When we can't show it, we say so — and show the shape and the bar.

Proof, not portfolio filler

What these projects demonstrate

Each capability below is a service we sell, proven on real work.

Systems rebuild

Taking a dead or broken system and bringing it back on a modern stack.

Reliability engineering

Crashes, reconnects, and recovery treated as features — with soak results.

Legacy modernization

Reverse engineering undocumented systems and rebuilding them properly.

Game & multiplayer systems

Server-authoritative logic, economy, networking, and tooling.

Backend & data

APIs, databases, validation, and normalization from merged, messy sources.

Operations

Deployment, monitoring, backups, and supervision that hold after launch.
